Ben Duflou - Director, CPP, CA, BCA (Hons)
Ben is a qualified Chartered Accountant, registered with the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1999.
Ben has provided public practice services for more than 18 years, with additional experience through the involvement of management accounting, financial accounting and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) compliance projects for large organisations such as ANZ National Bank & Electricity de France. Ben has been using Xero since June 2008.
Ben has a wide range of experience providing management accounting, compliance, business structuring and business planning services across a number of industries, such as retailing, servicing, manufacturing, wholesaling and property.
Ben has significant experience and knowledge with regards to property related accounting and taxation issues, looking after a number of property investing clients. With investment properties of his own, Ben is well placed to provide advice on a wide range of property investing issues, not just tax related.
Ben has been married to Toni for 15 wonderful years and has four young children (Alexandra 11 years old, Rebekah 9 years old, Samantha 7 years old & Madeleine 5 years old). Ben also has a keen passion for golf and is a huge rugby fan.
Viktor Zgomba - Business Services Manager, CPP, CA, BCA
Viktor is a qualified Chartered Accountant, registered with the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants since 2010.
Viktor has over a decade of public practice experience, during which he has worked with a broad range of businesses including manufacturing, property development, retail, not for profits and more. Whether it’s a monthly cashflow, annual accounts or a financial forecast, Viktor enjoys working closely with his clients to ensure they have the information they need to get the most out of their business.
When he is not busy at the office Viktor enjoys spending time with his wife Melissa and their two children Zack (5) and Hazel (3). Viktor is a big fan of the Premier League football and never misses a Formula 1 race. Time permitting, you might also spot him at the gym or out jogging in the evenings, once the kids are asleep.
Sarah Toner – Business Services Manager
Sarah has worked as an Accountant for more than 17 years.
She has high level experience in management accounting and project work whilst working for large organisations such as Meat & Wool New Zealand Limited and the New Zealand Nurses Organisation.
Sarah has worked with a broad range of industries including motel management, restaurants and cafes, unions, rental properties, bakeries and butchers, printing and manufacturing and consulting.
Sarah provides hands on experience with her clients, specialising in the ability to translate complex accounting jargon into plain English within the business advisory area and providing Xero assistance.
During her spare time Sarah likes to spend time with her husband Matthew, her daughter Hannah and son Lachlan. Sarah loves to entertain friends over dinner and wine and is also a follower of the Vancouver Canucks and the All Blacks.
Allison Henderson – Business Services Manager, CA, BCA
Allison is a qualified Chartered Accountant, registered with the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants since 2001.
Allison has worked with clients in a wide range of industries including restaurants and cafes, rental properties, real estate, investment banking, consulting and not for profit organisations and is committed to providing exceptional service.
Allison has prepared annual financial statements and audit files for schools and so has an understanding of the specific requirements that relate to school accounting.
Allison is married to Brendon and has two children (Ashleigh and Lucas). Outside the office Allison enjoys running and watching her children play sport.
Jocelyn Simpson - Business Services Accountant, BBS GDBS
Jocelyn has over 20 years of combined public practice and corporate management accounting experience.
She has accountancy experience in a wide range of industries from automotive, farming and Maori Trusts to medical and veterinary clients. She has also spent time auditing, enjoys accounting for investment portfolios and has a passion for not-for-profit organisations after many years doing voluntary work.
Jocelyn has two daughters and during her spare time enjoys socialising with family and friends, watching sport and researching her family history.
In 2017, Olivia completed her Bachelor of Commerce majoring in accounting and commercial law at Victoria University.
She is now enjoying putting this knowledge into practice at All Accounted For.
In her spare time she enjoys playing sports, spending time with family and friends, travelling and doing a bit of shopping.
Toni Russell - Business Services Accountant, BCA
Toni joined the All Accounted For team in July 2015 after completing her Commerce degree, majoring in Accounting and Commercial Law at Victoria University of Wellington. Toni is currently undertaking her professional studies to become a Chartered Accountant.
Outside of work, Toni enjoys exercising and spending time with friends and family.
Matt Percy - Business Services Accountant, BBS, BA
Matt joined the All Accounted For Ltd team in August 2016. He came to the firm with over a year's worth of experience in financial statement audit at a big four firm.
Matt graduated with his Bachelor in Business Studies in Accounting in 2015 and is working towards his Chartered Accountant qualification. He is particularly interested in property investment and development.
Matt's interests outside work include field hockey and spending time with family and friends.
Adam Forrest - Business Services Accountant
Adam joined the All Accounted For team in December 2015. He is currently working towards completing his degree in Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Finance, at Victoria University of Wellington.
Post completing his degree, Adam plans to study towards becoming a Chartered Accountant and travel overseas as an Accountant.
Outside of work, Adam spends his time socialising with friends and family. Adam is a keen sports fan, following the Hurricanes and the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Kirsten Bell - Office Administrator
Kirsten joined the All Accounted For team in May 2017. She has a background in investment fund processing and administration at various financial services companies in both Wellington and the UK. Kirsten can be relied upon to provide accurate and consistent support for both clients and the All Accounted For team.
Kirsten likes to spend her free time walking, playing golf and attending events happening in the city. She also enjoys cooking and drinking good quality coffee, which of course Wellington has in abundance.
Leo Duflou – IT Support
Leo is an experienced IT Professional with 20 years experience. Leo provides administration support around our IT systems and our migration to cloud based solutions.
Leo also looks after the Companies Office administration for all our clients, dealing with issues around filing annual returns, Director changes and updating shareholders.
