Getting the most out of Cloud Accounting Systems

Clients of All Accounted For are already enjoying the benefits that Xero provides, particularly around real time information.

However, many of our clients aren't aware of all the systems that interface with Xero. There are now 450+ cloud based systems that interface with Xero, covering areas such as point of sales, e-commence, job tracking/management, inventory management and time tracking.

All these systems can bring significant efficiencies and increased profitability.  But they must be implemented properly.  As they say garbage in, garbage out.  While we do implement a number of these systems, we also work with experts that specialise in a number of system implementations.

To view the Xero "Add on" systems, with Xero, go to settings, then Add Ons and look at the options that could be of potential benefit.

Rest assured we recommend systems where we see benefit, but if you are thinking of a different approach to managing business, have a look at the options.  We are more than happy to talk through any of these systems.

We are currently implementing a new reporting system that will provide clients with great insight around key performance ratios, ie revenue to staff, debtor days etc.  Today I have also looked at a great benchmarking system that we will likely implement within the next few weeks. We will be contacting clients, but if you’re interested in signing up sooner, give us a bell.

The cloud can be daunting, but the information you can now capture can be a powerful tool in driving your business to the next level.
