Ben Duflou

Ben is the Founder and Director of All Accounted For and a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years’ experience in accounting, business advisory, taxation, and strategic planning. He leads the firm with a focus on helping business owners make confident financial decisions, navigate challenges, and build stronger, more sustainable businesses. Combining technical expertise with practical experience gained from building and running businesses himself, Ben understands the challenges business owners face.

Throughout his career, Ben has worked with businesses of all sizes, from new and growing businesses through to larger organisations requiring more complex financial reporting and advisory support. His experience includes management accounting, financial reporting, compliance, business structuring, business planning, and strategic advisory across industries including retail, service, manufacturing, wholesale, and property.

Ben has extensive experience in property accounting, taxation, and structuring. As a property investor himself, he brings first-hand understanding of the practical challenges and opportunities involved in owning and managing property, including identifying opportunities, managing risk, and planning for the future.

Having founded and grown three businesses himself - All Accounted For, Accounting For Schools, and Complete Body Corporate Solutions -Ben understands what it takes to build and run a business. He has a particular passion for supporting new business owners, helping them build strong foundations, navigate challenges, and create sustainable businesses.

Outside of work, Ben is a passionate sports fan and can often be found on the golf course or cheering on his beloved Hurricanes during rugby season. A proud dad of four daughters, he enjoys spending quality time with his family.
