With over 20 years’ experience in client services, operations, and relationship management, Chrissy plays a key role in keeping the firm running seamlessly behind the scenes. She’s the organised, calm presence who keeps things on track and supports both clients and the team every day.

Abhay is an experienced accountant who enjoys making sense of complex financial information and turning it into clear, practical advice. With a strong background in chartered public practice, he helps SME businesses turn detailed numbers into confident, real-world decisions, and enjoys seeing clients gain clarity and grow as a result.

Before becoming a Chartered Accountant, John started his career as a chef, but quickly discovered his real passion was working with numbers. He brings a steady, practical approach to financial work and focuses on helping businesses across a wide range of industries navigate their numbers with clarity.

With a background spanning accounting, school management, and running a family-owned trucking business, Dominique brings a real-world understanding of how businesses operate day to day. She’s known for her warm, approachable style and her ability to bring clarity when the numbers don’t quite line up.

Harpreet is the go-to problem solver for Xero and cloud-based apps, helping clients resolve system issues and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Often described as a “jack of all trades”, he enjoys finding simple, practical solutions to technical challenges.

With a calm, easygoing approach, Hassan has a way of putting clients at ease from the outset. He works with a wide range of business and not-for-profit clients, helping them navigate their accounting and tax requirements in a way that feels clear, steady, and under control.
