Practice Manager

With over 20 years’ experience across client services, operations, and relationship management, Chrissy brings a practical, people-focused approach to her role as Practice Manager. She’s known for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, overseeing administration, marketing, IT, and workflow management while ensuring both clients and the team feel supported and well looked after.

Chrissy has a natural ability to build strong, trusted relationships, balance competing priorities, and keep the many moving parts of a busy practice on track without losing sight of quality and detail. Whether she’s streamlining processes, supporting the team, or finding better ways of doing things, her focus is always on creating a positive experience for both clients and colleagues.

Outside of work, Chrissy’s energy shifts to the outdoors or courtside. Netball has been a constant throughout her life, not just as a player, but as a coach, manager, umpire, and leader. She currently serves as Chair of Netball Hutt Valley and remains actively involved each week, giving back to a sport that has shaped her values around teamwork, resilience, and community.

When she’s not immersed in netball, Chrissy enjoys getting out into New Zealand’s great outdoors. Having recently moved north of Wellington, she’s been exploring the Tararua Ranges and rediscovering her love of hiking.

Family is a big part of Chrissy’s world too. She’s often found on “Nana duty” or cheering from the sidelines as the next generation discovers their own love of sport.
