Dominique McCrostie

Dominique is a Chartered Accountant with a unique blend of accounting expertise and real-world business experience. After studying Accounting and Psychology at the University of Otago, she became a Chartered Accountant in 2008 and began her career at PwC in Auckland.

She later moved into a range of operational and management roles, including eight years as an Office Manager at a school and managing a family-owned linehaul trucking business. This combination of accounting knowledge and hands-on experience gives Dominique a practical understanding of how businesses operate day to day, not just how the numbers look on paper.

Dominique enjoys helping clients understand their financial information and uncover what their numbers are really telling them. She has a talent for turning complex detail into clear, practical insights, using her practical mindset and curiosity to see the bigger picture and find solutions that make sense for each client’s situation.

Outside of work, Dominique enjoys making the most of the outdoors through watersports in summer and snowboarding in winter. She also has a few unexpected talents - including juggling and making balloon animals!
